We want you to love your NEXSE stone products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email support@nexse.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will send instructions. Because natural stone can crack, please pack returns carefully.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo for a free replacement or full refund.
